Processing time
Orders are processed within [1–3] business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During launches or busy periods, processing may take a little longer.
Shipping & tracking
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where tracking is available).
Delivery address (please double-check)
Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address at checkout.
If you notice a mistake, email us at info@illusias.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update it before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, we can’t guarantee address changes. If the parcel is delivered to the address provided at checkout, we may be unable to replace or refund it.
Missed deliveries / held parcels
If a carrier attempts delivery and you miss it, you may need to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel from your local depot/post office. If your parcel is held by customs, you may need to provide information or pay any applicable fees to release it.
International taxes & import duties (worldwide orders)
We ship worldwide.

Taxes: International orders may be subject to local taxes (e.g., VAT/GST/sales tax) depending on your country. If taxes are due, they may be collected at checkout or by local authorities/carriers on delivery (depending on destination and shipping method).
Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or hasn’t arrived within the expected window, contact info@illusias.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
We will investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
