How to start a return

To start a return, email info@illusias.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • The reason for return (and photos if damaged/incorrect)

We’ll reply with return instructions (and any reference details you may need). Please do not send returns without contacting us first.

Change-of-mind returns

If you’re eligible for a change-of-mind return under your local consumer laws, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty/incorrect).

Refunds: Once your return is received at our returns address and confirmed/inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within [5–10] business days.

Non-refundable: Original shipping fees are not refundable (unless required by law or the item is faulty/incorrect).

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong item, contact info@illusias.com within [48 hours / 7 days] of delivery with photos and your order number.
We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Returns to sender / unclaimed parcels

If a parcel is returned to us (for example, due to an address issue or being unclaimed), we can:

  • Reship it (customer pays reshipping), or

  • Refund the item price once received and confirmed, minus original shipping costs (and any return fees charged to us by the carrier, if applicable).
